J9九游会AG变频器在拉丝(si)机中的应(ying)用

一、引言
  拉(la)丝机(ji)(ji)是(shi)电(dian)(dian)线(xian)(xian)电(dian)(dian)缆(lan)行(xing)业(ye)主要(yao)加工(gong)设备之一,主要(yao)是(shi)将铜(tong)线(xian)(xian)加工(gong)成各种规格细线(xian)(xian),一般由放(fang)线(xian)(xian)、水冷、收(shou)线(xian)(xian)及排线(xian)(xian)等(deng)部分组成,其中电(dian)(dian)气传动(dong)部份主要(yao)由放(fang)线(xian)(xian)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)和(he)收(shou)线(xian)(xian)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)及排线(xian)(xian)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)(ji)实现(xian)。随着变(bian)频技术(shu)的不断推(tui)广,变(bian)频器正日益被用于拉(la)丝机(ji)(ji)设备。
  
二(er)、变频控制原理及实现
1、拉丝(si)机的(de)主(zhu)要(yao)电气构(gou)成
   车一般拉丝机(ji)(ji)(ji)主(zhu)要由放(fang)(fang)线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)与收(shou)线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)及(ji)排线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)构成驱动部分,随(sui)着收(shou)线(xian)卷(juan)径不扩大收(shou)线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)的转速(su)应相(xiang)应的减(jian)小,以保证线(xian)速(su)恒定,在控制中(zhong)常采用张力反 馈装置来调(diao)节收(shou)线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)的速(su)度。随(sui)着变(bian)频器(qi)功能(neng)不断(duan)增强(qiang)、性能(neng)不断(duan)稳定,变(bian)频器(qi)也被使用于拉丝机(ji)(ji)(ji),其(qi)中(zhong)利用变(bian)频器(qi)控制收(shou)线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)与放(fang)(fang)线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji),而(er)排线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)(ji)(ji)由于功 率(lv)较小直接由电(dian)网电(dian)压来控制。变(bian)频控制示意图如下:

2、基(ji)本控制原理:
  放线(xian)(xian)(xian)电(dian)机(ji)与(yu)收(shou)线(xian)(xian)(xian)电(dian)机(ji)分别由(you)两台变(bian)(bian)(bian)频(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)控制(zhi)(见图 1),放线(xian)(xian)(xian)变(bian)(bian)(bian)频(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)通过外部电(dian)位器(qi)(qi)(qi)转(zhuan)速,收(shou)线(xian)(xian)(xian)变(bian)(bian)(bian)频(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)由(you)放线(xian)(xian)(xian)变(bian)(bian)(bian)频(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)模拟AM输(shu)(shu)出信号(hao)、张力(li)平(ping)衡反(fan)馈(kui)信号(hao)经信号(hao)经PID调节器(qi)(qi)(qi)后控制(zhi)收(shou)线(xian)(xian)(xian)变(bian)(bian)(bian)频(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(见图2)。随(sui)(sui) 着(zhe)收(shou)线(xian)(xian)(xian)筒卷径的(de)变(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua)张力(li)平(ping)衡杆的(de)反(fan)馈(kui)信号(hao)也随(sui)(sui)着(zhe)变(bian)(bian)(bian)化(hua)(hua),张力(li)杆反(fan)馈(kui)信号(hao)(由(you)精密(mi)变(bian)(bian)(bian)阻器(qi)(qi)(qi)构成(cheng))经信号(hao)转(zhuan)换电(dian)路(lu)板转(zhuan)换为0—10V,这个信号(hao)与(yu)放线(xian)(xian)(xian)变(bian)(bian)(bian)频(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi)模拟 AM、AM-输(shu)(shu)出信号(hao)构成(cheng)PID两路(lu)输(shu)(shu)入(ru)信号(hao),经PID调节后控制(zhi)收(shou)线(xian)(xian)(xian)变(bian)(bian)(bian)频(pin)器(qi)(qi)(qi),使丝(si)线(xian)(xian)(xian)保持一定的(de)线(xian)(xian)(xian)速度。
放(fang)线变频输出
变(bian)(bian)频器(qi)启(qi)动(dong)后由放(fang)线(xian)变(bian)(bian)频器(qi)OC输出控(kong)制信号启(qi)动(dong)排线(xian)电(dian)机,排线(xian)电(dian)机功较小(xiao)直(zhi)接通过(guo)两个接触器(qi)控(kong)制其(qi)正反(fan)运行,使铜(tong)线(xian)均匀地绕(rao)在收线(xian)筒上(shang)。

3、变频器参数(shu)设定

三、调试注意事项
  在调试(shi)过程中主要应(ying)注(zhu)意(yi)起动(dong)阶(jie)段与(yu)停(ting)车阶(jie)段应(ying)保(bao)持放线(xian)电机(ji)(ji)与(yu)收线(xian)电机(ji)(ji)同步起动(dong)。

1、启动阶(jie)段(duan)
  变(bian)(bian)频(pin)器运行前将张力杆置于中间稍偏上位置,启(qi)(qi)动变(bian)(bian)频(pin)器缓慢升速,如启(qi)(qi)动时出现(xian)(xian)断(duan)线(xian)现(xian)(xian)象说明收线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)启(qi)(qi)动过快,可相应(ying)地调整(zheng)收线(xian)电(dian)机(ji)的启(qi)(qi)动频(pin)率b-7、启(qi)(qi)动频(pin)率持续时间b-8及放线(xian)、收线(xian)变(bian)(bian)频(pin)器的加减速时间b-7、b-8几(ji)个相关参数。

2、停车阶段(duan)
   停(ting)机(ji)(ji)时(shi)放(fang)线、收(shou)线电机(ji)(ji)由(you)当(dang)前运(yun)行频(pin)率(lv)按(an)减(jian)(jian)速时(shi)间(jian)减(jian)(jian)速,减(jian)(jian)速到设定频(pin)率(lv)时(shi)收(shou)线变(bian)频(pin)器(qi)的OC输(shu)出(chu)信(xin)号启动电磁刹车(che)装置,使(shi)得放(fang)线、收(shou)线电机(ji)(ji)准确停(ting)车(che),这样便(bian) 不会(hui)因为放(fang)线电机(ji)(ji)过(guo)快停(ting)车(che)造成铜线拉断。如果在停(ting)机(ji)(ji)过(guo)程中出(chu)现断线可相应地调(diao)放(fang)线、收(shou)线变(bian)频(pin)器(qi)减(jian)(jian)速时(shi)间(jian)b-8,若(ruo)接近停(ting)机(ji)(ji)时(shi)出(chu)现断线则可调(diao)整收(shou)线变(bian)频(pin)器(qi)的 OC输(shu)出(chu)信(xin)号

四、结论(lun)
  拉丝(si)机(ji)采用变(bian)频(pin)器控制可(ke)以根(gen)据产品的不同规格调节放线电(dian)(dian)机(ji)的速(su)度,提高了(le)产品精度和系统的稳定性。另一(yi)方(fang)面变(bian)频(pin)器实(shi)控制实(shi)现了(le)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)软启动延长(zhang)电(dian)(dian)机(ji)使用命,也减少了(le)电(dian)(dian)气维(wei)护量。
